Control and configure parameters
for the following API commands:
- SetPixelClock()
Sets the pixel clock to internal (along with
frequency) or external.
- SetInterlaceMode()
Sets the camera mode to normal interlaced or
progressive scan (non-interlaced).
- SetVideoFrameSize()
Sets the size of the entire video frame.
- SetROI()
Sets the size of the Region Of Interest (ROI)
within the frame size set by SetVideoFrameSize().
