Sync Mode / Polarity Setup Dialog

Control and configure parameters for the
following API commands:
- SetSyncMode()
Sets the source of the video sync signals for a specific camera
(0 thru 3). The source may be sync drive wires from the camera
or the composite video signal or a combination.
- SetSyncPolarity()
Sets the polarity expected for incoming sync signals if
SetSyncMode() is set to expect external synchronization.
